Jørn Utzon, a talented Danish born architect with an eye for inspiration and established knowledge on building and design, was the creator of the opera house but it was Peter Hall who took the design into complete fruition.
Surrounded by the waters of Sydney Harbour, Sydney Opera House is famous for its structure and location. It’s design was ahead of its time with shell-like shapes made from reinforced concrete and the facades from polarized glass with steel frames. Its Architectural style is considered as both modernist and expressionist.
